Pistol II: Movement and Malfunctions
Post the class. Fill the roster. Get paid. Run it again.
Tacticulture puts your events, payments, roster, waivers, and student messages in one place, so the next class takes minutes to set up instead of a weekend of admin.
Public beta. 15 instructors. We set up your first class with you.
Right now a class lives in five places.
The date is in your calendar. Payments come through Venmo, Square, and a couple of checks. The roster is a spreadsheet. Waivers are a PDF somebody forgot to sign. Questions come in by text, DM, and email. None of it talks to each other, and every class you run, you rebuild it.
- CalendarGoogle, Apple, or a notebook
- PaymentsVenmo, PayPal, Square, cash, checks
- RosterA spreadsheet, or the payments list
- WaiversPDF or paper, signed on the day if at all
- MessagesGroup text, DMs, email
One class. One roster. One place to say it once.
Four steps, then repeat.
Post the class
Name it, set the date, price, and seat count, list what to bring, and switch on the waiver. Share one link wherever your students already follow you.
Fill the roster
Students book and pay on that link. Seats count down, a waitlist opens when you're full, and the waiver is signed before anyone shows up.
Run the day
Roster, payments, and signed waivers on your phone. Message the whole class from one place: the gate code, the round count, the weather call.
Run it again
Copy the class, pick the next date, post it. The description, pricing, and waiver come with it.
You already have the students. This is the back office.
Tacticulture isn't a marketplace you have to win on. Your students book you from your link, payouts go to your account, and the roster is yours. We handle scheduling, payments, waivers, and messages so the class is the only thing you run.

- EventsRecurring dates, seat caps, prerequisites, a waitlist when you're full, one short link to share anywhere
- PaymentsCard checkout, payouts to your own account, the option to pass fees to the student, sales tax if you need it
- RosterBookings, guest bookings, invites by email or CSV, attendance on the day
- WaiversRequired at booking if you say so, tracked per student, visible on the roster
- MessagesClass-wide announcements and one-to-one threads, so the gate code goes out once
- StudentsTraining records and reviews that follow them class to class
What the public beta is, and isn't.
It is 15 instructors and 30 days. We get on a call and build your first class with you. You run it. We watch what breaks and fix it. Then you run it again, and this time we're not on the call.
It isn't finished. Some screens will be rough and some things you'll want won't be there yet. You'll have a direct line to us, and what you tell us decides what gets built next.
- CohortInstructors already running paid classes, with an audience that follows them15
- WindowDays from your first class. Long enough to run it twice30
- SetupWe build your first event with you, on a call1 call
- Platform fee during the betaCard processing still applies$0
- What we askRun at least one class. Tell us what got in the way
Why this exists.

I watched my husband spend years teaching what he learned as a SEAL, and nearly as long fighting the tools around it: calendars, payments, ranges, rosters. I built the thing we needed. Now it's yours.

Training with someone on Tacticulture?
Book from your instructor's link, sign the waiver once, and get the class details by message. No account needed to book; make one if you want your training record to follow you.
Questions instructors ask.
Who is the beta for?
Instructors who already run paid classes and already have people who want to train with them. If you're starting from zero students, Tacticulture won't find them for you yet; that's a later phase.
What does it cost?
No platform fee during the beta. Card processing fees apply, and you can pass those to the student at checkout if you'd rather.
How do I get paid?
Students pay by card at booking. Payouts go to the account you connect during setup. You can add sales tax where you need to.
Do my students need an account?
No. They can book as a guest with an email. If they make an account, they keep their training record and messages across classes.
Do you handle waivers?
Yes. Mark a class as waiver-required and each student signs when they book. You can see who has and hasn't on the roster and remind the ones who haven't.
Can I run the same class every month?
Yes. Set a class to repeat, or copy it and pick the next date. Your description, price, and waiver come with it.
I already have a website and use Eventbrite. Do I have to move?
Keep your site. Point your book button at your Tacticulture link. Eventbrite doesn't do waivers, rosters, or class messages; that's the part you'd be replacing.
What happens after 30 days?
You keep using it. The cohort is how we learn what to build; it isn't a trial that expires.
Apply for the founding cohort.
Tell us what you teach and where. If you're a fit, we'll reply within two business days and set up a call.
We're onboarding instructors a few at a time so each one gets a setup call.
